Health Insurance Program - Anthem Blue Cross Lumenos HSA 1500
Coverage provided for employees and eligible dependents.

With the Lumenos HSA 1500 Plan, the employee will establish a Health Savings Account (HSA). POWER will contribute the amount of your deductible into your HSA bank account. Employees starting after January 1 of each year will receive a pro-rated amount.

Dental Insurance Program - Delta Dental
Coverage provided for employees and eligible dependents.

Vision Insurance Program - VSP
Coverage provided for employees and eligible dependents.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage - Lincoln Financial Group
Basic coverage for employee at 1X base annual salary. Maximum is $150,000.

POWER pays 100% of the full monthly premium for the above programs. Coverage becomes effective the first day of the month following the date of hire.

401K Retirement Savings Program - Fidelity Investments
POWER will contribute 3% of employee's monthly gross wages into this Program. Employee has the option to contribute to the Program as well.  Both contributions are limited to the maximum amount permitted under IRS guidelines.

Employee Assistance Program - Lincoln Financial Group
Coverage provided for employees and eligible dependents.

Health and Fitness Program
POWER will reimburse up to $100 per month for employee's participation in a health and fitness program of their choice.

Paid Leave
Vacation time will be accrued annually at six (6) weeks. Three (3) weeks unused vacation may be carried forward to the new year.

POWER pays ten (10) fixed holidays and one (1) birthday holiday in each year.

Sick Leave is taken and paid as needed.

POWER is establishing the following programs and, subject to Board of Directors’ approval, intends to implement these in the near future:
